Every computer sold by Dan Computers is inspected, refurbished, and functionally tested before being offered for sale.

This is a refurbished product and may show normal signs of previous use. Minor cosmetic imperfections may include scratches, scuffs, small dents, wear, or marks on the housing or screen.

Photos show one of the actual units available and are representative of the inventory. When multiple units are available under this listing, individual units may vary slightly in cosmetic condition. Cosmetic imperfections do not affect the computer's tested functionality unless specifically disclosed.

This product includes a 30-Day Limited Product Warranty from Dan Computers, beginning on the date the product is delivered or picked up by the original purchaser.

This warranty covers qualifying hardware defects or functionality issues that occur during normal use within the warranty period. If a covered issue is confirmed, Dan Computers will, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with the same or a reasonably comparable product, subject to availability.

Warranty service requires prior authorization from Dan Computers. Customers should contact Dan Computers before sending or bringing in a product for warranty evaluation. Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Dan Computers for warranty evaluation or service. Products should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Dan Computers is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, including cracked screens, broken housings, or damaged ports
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Accidents, drops, impact, abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, or acts of nature
• Software, malware, virus, configuration, or user-created operating system issues
• Damage caused by repairs, alterations, upgrades, or modifications performed after purchase
• Normal cosmetic wear or cosmetic conditions disclosed prior to purchase
• Normal battery wear, reduced battery capacity, or variations in battery runtime associated with prior use

Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying defects and does not cover damage or malfunction caused by the customer or by circumstances outside normal intended use. Warranty service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Returns and refund requests are subject to the Dan Computers Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty claims and return/refund requests are handled separately; a warranty claim may result in repair or replacement rather than a refund.
